The transfer agent and registrar for subordinate voting shares in Canada is Computershare investor services at its main offices in Montreal.

Executives

Louis N. Belanger, President and chief executive officer. Mr. Bélanger graduated in 1979 from Laval University in Electrical Engineering and earned his MSEE certification in signal processing in 1985.

Christian Marcoux, Vice president, operations. Mr. Marcoux graduated from Laval University in Mechanical Engineering, he acquired solid experience in operations and supply chain management while working at Nortel for 12 years as a Corporate Officer for the implementation of new technologies. Since then, he has also worked as a senior Counselor in better business practice implementation in production, product development, and supply chain management at Promaintech Novaxa.

Louis Chouinard, Vice president, engineering, and co-founder of Lyrtech. Mr. Chouinard graduated from Laval University in Electrical Engineering and he has been using his unique expertise in the innovative field of digital signal processing developing hardware and software over the last twenty years.

Jean-Sébastien Bérubé, executive vice president of sales, marketing, and customer services. Mr. Bérubé is a graduate of Université Laval in engineering and holds an MBA. He has also received awards from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). With more than ten years of operations and business development experience, Mr. Bérubé has held management positions at CAE and Teleflex, and at Roper Mobile Technology as its vice president of operations.

Richard Rumpf, B.S. Aeronautical Engineering, M.S. Aerospace Engineering - Director
Founder and President of Rumpf Associates International. From 1985 to 1990, Mr. Richard Rumpf was Director of Acquisitions for Naval Research and Development Programs responsible to the Secretary of the Navy at the Pentagon. He is considered an expert in military research (particularly in matters involving the Navy), in advanced technologies, and in defense acquisition procedures and policies.
